The breakfast was good. It had a wide variety of options.
The check-in process was terrible. It took a long time. I was almost overcharged £800. A deposit of £800 was also taken from my debit card (I did not know about this).

uneven experience
beds were very comfortable i have to admit.
check-in was a mess i arrived tired after a long trip. the person at the front desk seemed unsure of what they were doing and nearly overcharged me considerably. it was not a smooth welcome at all

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and modern design. amenities in the room were excellent. I loved the comfortable bed. the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and personally written messages. they also provided a courtesy room for showering before my late flight.
the parking seemed ridiculously expensive to me. i wish the hotel management would address this.

The hotel has beautiful botanic gardens ideal for walks. It creates a relaxing, natural environment. the hotel offers a shuttle service to the city center, plaza catalunya. it is very convenient and free .

The location is near a metro station on the green line, zona universitaria. the hotel is close to the airport via the orange line. camp nou is within a short walking distance. It takes just twenty minutes.

charmed by every detail
large selection friendly staff comfortable room
the breakfast offered a large selection. the staff were friendly (davide and hugo were standouts). the hotel had good amenities and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.
this, with limited activities available . i found the expense a bit much.

windowless room shower temperature
I found the segregation system for breakfast quite unacceptable. Red level guests had access to a beautiful airy space, while other guests were directed to a dark, windowless room. this division, based on room price, felt inappropriate. additionally, maintaining a consistent water temperature in the shower proved difficult.
